Bass Team

• ·      IBHS Bass Team will have an informational meeting on January 13th at 7:00pm in the HS Library.

                           

Student Council

• ·       February 8-12^th Student Council will be running a “cute pet photo contest” at lunch. Email Traci @16tlknott@ib327.com a photo of your pet and turn in $3 to her in order for your pet to be entered. Entry starts January 11^th and end February 5^th. All proceeds go to TAPS. Bring money in to vote for the pet you want to win, and the pet with the most money wins.

Sports

• ·       Boys Basketball plays tonight at North Fulton. The game starts at 6:30 vs. Elmwood.

Notes From The Counselor

Free Practice ACT

• ·       There will be a free Practice ACT on Thursday, January 14th.  Please sign up with Ms. Caldwell or Mrs. Coulter by Friday! This is open to Sophomores and Juniors.
• ·       Parent Night will follow on January 19th at 6pm.  Students will get their Practice ACT test reports, Ms. Caldwell will briefly go over signing up for the ACT and the College admissions process, and Sylvan will give an overview of the tutoring services they provide.  Students and parents are encouraged to attend.

FASFA Night

• ·       FASFA Night is January 14th at 6pm.  Seniors and their parents should plan to attend if students are planning to attend a 2 or 4 year college.

Flight School

• ·       Flight School has changed from January 6^th to January 20^th.
